As thousands of fresh graduates are striving hard to get a good job in IT field, the competition is growing higher and higher day by day. However, if you look at the starting salary offered by even the top notch companies like Honeywell (in India), you don't even get Rs8000 as take home salary.

The list of corporate giants that are paying < 10k/month (INR) is almost endless, and today it has simply become survival of the fittest.
